A low nose has a low bridge overall,
so it appears less prominent in profile.

SEHYUN SPECIAL POINTS

Sehyun uses cartilage as the main material
for nasal bridge and tip surgery without raising the area between the brows excessively.

By separating cartilage to build tip support, shaping the tip to the desired height and orientation,
and filling the space between the bridge and tip with autologous tissue, we can create a gently contoured shape that suits your face
and does not become sunken over time.

Sehyun uses cartilage as the main material for nasal bridge and tip surgery without raising the area between the brows excessively.

SEHYUN ANSWER

Does implant-free (autologous tissue) rhinoplasty
lose its effect over time as the bridge becomes uneven or wider?

Sehyun's answer is NO

With 20 years of expertise in using cartilage, Sehyun
plans 100% implant-free surgery for a bridge and tip
that maintain their shape over time.

In implant-free rhinoplasty, when the bridge is built with dermis, surgeons anticipate that some of it will be absorbed
and plan the bridge height by inserting a large amount of dermis from the start.

In such cases, the bridge may look high in profile,
but from the front, the area between the brows can look wider, or the bridge can become thick and wide.
If only part of the tissue is absorbed, the bridge can become uneven, which may greatly reduce satisfaction with its appearance.

MATERIALS

Bridge Materials

The bridge is built with a combination of dermis, ear cartilage, septal cartilage, rib cartilage, autologous fascia, SureDerm and other materials,
and with Dr. Yoo Hyun-seok's cartilage techniques, dermis, ear cartilage and septal cartilage are used in most cases rather than rib cartilage.

PROCEDURE

Besides surgery, filler and autologous fat grafting can also be used to raise the bridge.

What Is Filler?

Filler treatment uses materials such as hyaluronic acid that are similar to substances found in the body. Injecting them into areas that need volume can produce an immediate improvement.

Filler started as a way to fill deep wrinkles, and is now widely used to raise a low nasal bridge, add lip volume, create fullness just below the lower lashes, correct a retruded chin and lift the corners of the mouth.

What Is Fat Grafting?

Fat is harvested from areas with excess fat, such as the abdomen or thighs,
and only pure fat cells are separated in a centrifuge and grafted into areas that need volume.

SEHYUN AESTHETIC CLINIC

Sehyun's surgical results are backed by
Dr. Yoo Hyun-seok's 20+ years of experience as a physician.

Performing rhinoplasty for 20 years or more means treating a truly wide range of cases.
One patient came to us for a 7th revision after other clinics said surgery would be difficult,
and others came to us with recurring problems after a clinic had used rib cartilage for what was only their 2nd revision.

I don't believe any case is impossible.
Some cases, however, need more research and careful thought.
For stable, consistent results, Sehyun keeps researching and studying every day, and performs each surgery carefully based on a plan.
