Both upper blepharoplasty and a brow lift are eye surgeries that require a skin incision.

What Is a Brow Lift?

When the eyelids droop with age and the eyes look smaller or heavy,
this procedure corrects the eye shape and drooping eyelids through a minimal incision along the lower edge of the brow, lifting the skin and muscle.

Unlike double eyelid surgery in younger people, upper blepharoplasty in older people with severely drooping brows or puffy upper eyelids
can easily make the face look harsh and narrow the gap between the brows and lashes, resulting in unnatural, puffy-looking eyes.
In such cases, a brow lift using an incision below the brow can improve wrinkled, sagging skin without changing your expression.
