A retruded chin is when the lower jaw has not grown as much as the upper jaw and sits further back.

When face length is adequate
but projection is lacking
When the face looks less attractive in profile than from the front,
surgery such as chin advancement, in which the chin bone is cut
and moved forward to adjust its projection, is needed.
When both face length
and projection are lacking
To lengthen the face while adjusting projection,
surgery such as implant insertion is performed.

Filler, Fat Grafting
Biocompatible filler, or fat harvested from your own thigh, is injected to fill in
