Follow-up appointments are usually scheduled at 7 days / 1 month / 3 months / 6 months after surgery. Dr. Yoo takes time during consultations to listen carefully as you describe any discomfort, however minor.

At our clinic, Chief Surgeon Dr. Yoo Hyun-seok personally reads every online consultation request and writes each reply.
Dr. Yoo also personally conducts every in-person consultation. Because consultations are not possible during surgery,
we can only offer consultations to patients who have booked in advance.

Dr. Yoo personally explains the initial assessment needed for surgery and the surgical plan, and helps you make your own decision.

The cost of double eyelid surgery can vary with the method, such as non-incisional or incisional, and whether ptosis correction is done at the same time. After assessing your eyelid thickness, skin condition and eye-opening strength and consulting with you, we provide a cost based on the extent of surgery needed.

The non-incisional method uses medical sutures to create loops in the eyelid that hold the double eyelid crease in place. It may be considered for eyes with thin skin and little fat, and we check eyelid thickness and eye-opening strength to decide whether it is suitable. The fixation technique is chosen to suit the condition of your eyelids.

The surgery information for the non-incisional method on this page lists a return to daily activities 2–4 days after surgery and stitch removal after about 3–4 days. Actual recovery speed and how quickly swelling subsides vary from person to person depending on eyelid condition and surgical method.
