Filler

주입한 직후의 붓기나 가벼운 통증은 흔히 나타나는 반응입니다. 시술 부위의 미세한 출혈이 멍으로 번질 수 있고, 체온과 혈류를 올리는 운동, 사우나, 찜질방, 음주는 붓기와 멍을 더 심하게 만들 수 있어 시술 뒤 며칠은 피합니다.

필러는 주입한 자리에 안정되기까지 시간이 필요합니다. 그 전에 시술 부위를 자주 만지거나 마사지하고 땀을 닦으며 누르면 필러가 눌리거나 퍼져 비대칭이 될 수 있습니다. 이마, 눈 밑, 코처럼 좁고 예민한 부위는 더 조심합니다.

필러가 다 분해되지 않은 상태에서 짧은 간격으로 반복해 넣거나 한 번에 많이 넣으면 필러가 겹겹이 쌓여 멍울이 생기거나 피부가 늘어나 부자연스러워질 수 있습니다. 많이 넣는다고 결과가 좋아지는 것이 아니므로 필요한 양만 넣고 적절한 주기를 지킵니다.

운동복이나 수건이 시술 부위를 반복해 문지르면 트러블이 생길 수 있습니다. 음주는 혈관을 넓혀 출혈과 멍, 염증 반응을 심하게 만들 수 있어 시술 당일과 이후 며칠은 삼갑니다.

요가나 필라테스처럼 얼굴에 자극이 적은 운동은 최소 24시간이 지난 뒤 가볍게 시작하고, 웨이트 트레이닝이나 유산소 운동처럼 혈압을 빠르게 올리는 운동은 48시간 이상, 경우에 따라 3~5일 쉽니다. 시술 부위와 필러 종류에 따라 달라지므로 시술 후 안내에 따릅니다.

Unlike filler, which gives immediate volume, Sculptra promotes the formation of cells responsible for skin volume and elasticity, so skin regeneration begins gradually over 6–12 months as volume builds and wrinkles improve.

While filler lasts up to about 1 year and 6 months, Sculptra given in about 3–4 sessions at 4–6 week intervals maintains wrinkle improvement for about 2 years on average.

PLLA, the main ingredient of Sculptra, stands for POLY-L-LACTIC ACID, a plant-derived substance that is naturally absorbed by the body.

It has been used for more than 30 years as a suture material and wound dressing, and is a safe product approved in Europe in 1999 as a wrinkle filler.
